Cyclorama Wall - Rules & Guidelines

You acknowledge that you know how to use the supplied equipment within this room. Instructions can be found within the room.

The cyclorama includes specialised equipment which have additional terms and conditions.

CYCLORAMA ADDITIONAL RULES:

1. KEEP SURFACE CLEAN
Please minimise your interaction with the cyclorama paint; do not touch or walk on it unless necessary.

2. DO NOT TOUCH THE CYCLORAMA CURVED EDGE
Do not make any contact with the curved edge of the Cyclorama. It does not support weight.

3. USE SHOE COVERS
You must use the supplied shoe covers when walking on the painted cyclorama floor.

4. NO FOOD OR DRINKS WITHIN CYCLORAMA ROOM
No food or drink is allowed within the Cyclorama room.

5. NO ‘MESSY’ MATERIALS TO BE USED 
Do not use glitter, paint, water, mud, oil or any other materials that are difficult to clean or would damage the cyclorama’s painted surface.

6. DO NOT DAMAGE THE CYCLORAMA PAINT
Do not drag items, tape/mark, jump on or throw/drop items on the painted floor.

7. NO WORKING AT HEIGHTS
Do not stand on items or ladders to reach equipment.

8. DO NOT INTERFERE WITH EQUIPMENT
Do not touch the installed roof-mounted lighting. The equipment provided is setup in a specific way and we request you use the remote provided to manage it. If you are having difficulties with the equipment please notify a member of the Property team.

9. EQUIPMENT MUST REMAIN WITHIN THE CYCLORAMA
Until it is returned to Property at the end of your booking, all equipment provided must remain within the cyclorama room at all times.

10. COMMUNICATE WITH STUDIO STAFF
If you have any queries about additional equipment you’re bringing in, materials you intend to use or any other matters related to using the space, please contact Property before your booking commences.
